As an integral part of our pipe-work manufacturing processes, we have installed a state of the art, ultra-sonic cleansing system. The equipment utilises a fully controllable cleaning, process compliant with the latest industry standards involving the delivery of high standard clean product, the design of the ultra-sonic procedure, obtains maximum internal cleanliness during operational cycling.
This equipment has been identified as ideal for the post-operative cleaning of hydraulic systems used for on-board aircraft, (deliverable oxygen to breathable standard), resulting in increasing demands for it’s use as a sub-contract facility in this field.
