An integral part of the S G Equipment manufacturing facility is the pressure testing and manufacturing area. A wide variety of work is undertaken for both Civil and Military Aircraft applications with SGE manufacturing a large number of special- to-type applications designed in collaboration with major customers eg:- BAe Systems; MOD; Westland-Agusta, to produce unique items of support equipment, a selection of which are detailed herein.

· Internal cleaning of Oxygen pipes and
  assemblies using LEKSOL as a cleaning fluid.

· Ultrasonic cleaning system using Aqueous fluids.

· Gaseous testing to 10,000 psig.

· Submerged leak detection.

· Hydraulic pressure testing up to 27,000 psig.

· Leak detection of critical parts using either positive
  or negative pressure with Helium as a search gas.
